Cortec establishes Bionetix subsidiary

Cortec® Corp. has established a new wholly owned subsidiary, Bionetix Intl., in Montreal. The company manufactures microbial-based biological waste treatment products that degrade target substances in waste systems by using natural methods. The micro-organisms transform pollutants and synthetic chemicals into sources of energy and raw materials for their own growth.

The new subsidiary's products serve industrial waste treatment, municipal waste treatment, institutional and household, concentrate and additive, and agricultural treatment applications.
