FirstCarbon Solutions acquires Global Sourcing Advisory Group, Enverity Corp.

FirstCarbon Solutions, Phoenix, has acquired outsourcing advisory firm Global Sourcing Advisory Group (GSAG) and environmental software provider Enverity Corp., expanding FirstCarbon’s offerings in the carbon management industry and giving it additional expertise in project managing large-scale outsourcing programs.

“GSAG’s business advisory services help companies determine which parts of their environmental management proc-esses to outsource and which to keep in-house,” said John Stacey, president of GSAG and executive vice president of FirstCarbon Solutions.

FirstCarbon then determines for the client the most appropriate combination of services, carbon management, and software, which now includes Enverity’s ghgTrack software for calculating, managing, and reporting greenhouse gas emissions.
