GREENKOTE authorizes North American license agreement

GREENKOTE® Plc, Cleveland, has sold its first license in North America to Eco-Tech Coatings LLC, Tyler, Texas. Eco-Tech Coatings has introduced the patented GREENKOTE thermodiffusion coating process for its customers’ products in industries including agricultural, construction, electrical, oil and gas production, water distribution, and military.

The company is using the PM-1 and PM10 zinc thermodiffusion coatings for fasteners, castings, coil springs, and metal stampings. According to the manufacturer, the patented coating technology helps improve resistance to low- and high-temperature corrosion, increase durability and wear resistance, and improve adhesion properties for bonding rubber and plastic to metal substrates.
