SolarDock adds to design staff

SolarDock, a Wilmington, Del., manufacturer of a solar panel mounting system for flat-roof and ground installation that requires no penetration of the mounting surface, has added Alex Goodman to its design staff.

In this position, Goodman helps the client solve design problems before the installation begins and helps ensure the client’s wishes for the specified array are met, including part counts, row spacing, and shading. The service is free.

Goodman provides assistance in making the drawings from an installer or client work to maximum efficiency with the SolarDock system. He also helps with initial layouts when other drawings do not exist.

Goodman earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture/design at Philadelphia University.
