Water-dissolvable protective covering

R.J. Hanlon has released ENViRO-FiLM™ clean-room robot covers. The custom-designed covers provide a protective barrier for forming robots and booth masking in paint finishing systems, then dissolve in water to eliminate waste.

The material is fiber-free, chemical-resistant, and nontoxic. It disintegrates at specific temperatures; after covering automated equipment, walls, windows, conveyor shrouds, carriers, pumps, hoses, and cap cleaners, it can be dissolved and returned to the wastewater treatment system within the plant.

The covers and booth masking can be installed with snaps and elastic.
