The new model M11-E-6 tube end forming system from Manchester Tool & Die Inc. offers low sound levels, average power savings of 83 percent, and setup savings of 67 percent, says the company, with numerous end forms available for programming. An average increase in production capacity of 15 to 27 percent provides up to 480 more parts per shift, according to the manufacturer.

Hydraulic fluid and clamp toggle links and pins have been eliminated to help reduce long-term maintenance requirements.
