As an owner and a managing partner of APPI Energy, Mr. Payne is responsible for APPI Energy's consulting services, corporate operations, and legal matters. A Delaware native, Mr. Payne graduated with honors from Wake Forest University. He then received a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters in Taxation from the George Washington University National Law Center. During the past 13 years, Mr. Payne has lead APPI Energy's consulting efforts, and assisted APPI Energy's commercial and industrial clients with energy market analysis, energy supply risk management, and energy contract negotiations.
