Phil Davis serves as Senior Manager, Demand Response Solutions for Schneider Electric, and develops grid interconnection strategies for deployment of energy efficiency and renewable programs for large energy users. Prior to joining Schneider Electric via an acquisition he was Chief Operating Officer for RETX Energy Services engaged in similar activities. Trained in Economics, Mr. Davis has an extensive professional background in applying efficient energy strategies to support the disparate goals of multiple industries. Among his recent credits is the design and installation of a groundbreaking "intelligent building system" at Rockefeller Center in New York. Phil is a frequent trade show panelist in the smart grid related areas of PEV's, Building Systems, Standards Support, as well as orienting Schneider customers on the way the standards process works.

Affiliated Power Purchasers International, LLC (APPI Energy)

Kathy Kiernan is Senior Vice President of Affiliated Power Purchasers International, APPI. As a managing partner, Ms. Kiernan is responsible for large commercial account activities, developing APPI's strategic plans, oversight of APPI's marketing activities with national and state trade associations, and emerging energy market education.

Prior to joining APPI in 2001, Ms. Kiernan worked with two of the nation's largest railroads in a range of managerial positions in sales and marketing. Ms. Kiernan gained extensive experience in a deregulated industry that was in the process of rapid change. She is experienced in various components of business-to-business commerce, including product pricing, service, and supplier issues. Her sales experience ranges from start-up operations to Fortune 500 companies.

Hawkeye Energy Solutions

For the past 8 years, Aaron has been involved in many energy reduction and process optimization projects across the United States. Aaron started his career working in the manufacturing sector as a process engineer where he oversaw projects ranging from simple lighting controls to complex industrial heating applications. Aaron joined Hawkeye Energy Solutions in 2009, taking the role of Director of Operations. Aaron holds a Bachelors of Science in General Engineering from The University of Illinois. Aaron also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, is Niagara AX Certified, and is the Vice-Chair of the Green Manufacturer Network Advisory Board.
