Convia offers the Energy Track™ reporting tool for buildings with Convia controls. The dashboard displays the floor plan of a given space and highlights areas that are consuming more energy than predicted. The application’s data view enables users to track past usage in graphs and tables.
Based on the information gleaned from the tool, facility managers can determine the efficiency in a space and can make decisions about daylight harvesting, occupancy sensors, and HVAC.
Users can select regions they want to track in the building. They can include any combination of rooms, zones, whole floors, or the entire building in the analysis. They also can compare their building’s performance to benchmarks such as ASHRAE 90.1, Title 24, or data from energy simulation models.
Data can be called up to view current real-time status, a historical snapshot in time, or trending periods from minutes to years.
Users can select from measurement perspectives such as energy end use types, fuel sources, and specific environmental views.
