Autoupdate product binder

WikiSTIK™, an autoupdating product binder from Think Agency Inc., uses GreenSync Technology™ to combine traditional components of a technical binder with a flash drive. It updates every time it is synced.

The flash drive originally was designed for product manufacturers with diverse and complex product lines that distribute product information via architectural or technical binders. Users identify and provide all materials that typically appear in the binders. Because size is not an issue, more documents than appear in the print binder can be made available, including data sheets; MSDS; case studies; warranties; forms; RFQs; training, installation, and service manuals; and drawings.

Documents are uploaded to a server, where they are cataloged for the system. Documents are managed and modified by the product manufacturers through a proprietary control panel. When end users connect and sync their flash drive, they immediately receive the latest document versions. Previous versions are removed so that outdated information no longer is available.
