Industrial Nanotech Inc.’s Nansulate® High Heat insulation and corrosion prevention coating insulates pipes, tanks, and equipment to help to reduce energy costs. The product can be sprayed onto valves, cookers, and other surfaces that are difficult to insulate. It can be applied with a paint sprayer, brush, or roller while equipment is in service.
This clear/opaque coating is water-based, low-odor, and low-VOC. It insulates surfaces up to 400 degrees F, including steam pipes, boilers, valves, heat exchangers, and ovens. The finish is designed to stand up well in humid environments. According to the company, the coating lowers energy consumption, reduces surface temperature for worker safety, and lowers heat emitted into the environment by hot equipment.
