Reusable dunnage

Paylode® has introduced 100 percent-recycled, reusable dunnage products for truck, rail, and intermodal cargo. Made of precision-formed plastic dunnage, the products are designed to replace corrugated cardboard and wooden dunnage that is traditionally used to protect loads and ensure compliance to bridge laws.

The line includes bulkhead spacers, separator pads, void panels, lateral void fillers, and plastic boards. The products cushion loads without crushing to help reduce freight damage costs and can be reused for hundreds of trips.

Suitable for heavy, high-volume shipments that are prone to damage, the products weigh less than half of what wood alternatives weigh. They are nestable and resistant to moisture and heat.
