Laboratory tabletop coating/casting system

HED Intl. has introduced the new LabCast® laboratory tabletop coating/casting system for industry research and engineering developers of thick films. The systems are used in green energy applications such as fuel cells, photovoltaics, LiON batteries, and ultracapacitors.

The system is suitable for fabricating highly uniform sheets of flexible film as thin as 0.0005 in. Films are web cast from a variety of polymer, elastomer, ceramic, metal, and composite liquid suspensions.
